Encourage members of the BU Community to commercialize their ideas by providing rapid feedback on improvement strategies and a strategy for successful commercialization. Educate members of the BU community about the commercialization process through one-on-one meetings, presentations, and connections to external experts. Enable members of the BU Community to commercialize their ideas by connecting them to the resources necessary to be successful (e.g., mentors, funding, business champions, conferences, etc.). Create and manage an external expert company and startup network that can be called upon for support and manage student Analysts as needed. Publicize discoveries from the BU Community through a variety of channels (websites, blogs, twitter, news articles, events, blast e- mails, targeted marketing, etc.). Draft, negotiate, execute, and monitor appropriate agreements including CDAs, Options, and Term Sheets. Requirements B.A./B.S., Masters degree and at least eight years of experience in the field of physical sciences.
At least 8 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree Preferred.
